Activities for Little Passports

“The Antaimoro people are a tribe in Madagascar. They have been making beautiful paper for generations. The paper is decorated with small flowers and leaves. To make the paper, bark is soaked until it’s soft. Then it’s pounded into a paste with mallets. The paste is spread into thin sheets, sprinkled with flowers, and dried in the sun. The paper is used in cards, bags, and even lampshades. Follow the directions below to make your own version.”
